a. Metal/sharp instrument/sharp edge - Metal detector for detection;
b. Environmental protection/health test by SGS; .
Functional and reliability inspection
a. Product dimensions are checked according to working instruction;
b. Tension test: button tension is greater than 20N, joint tension is greater than 20N, tension meter test;
c. Anti-pilling manual inspection 20 times mutual rubbing no pilling phenomenon;
b. Environmental protection/health test by SGS; .
Introduction
a. Check the consistency of sample, work instruction and material for each product;
b. Check whether the bulk goods are consistent with the sample and work instruction process;
c. Visually inspect black spots, threads, smudges and color differences;
d. Visually check whether the bursting port, lace/waist rope/hat rope is located, jumping needle, broken, whether the line is even, whether the line is smooth;
e. Visually check whether the position and composition of washing mark, main mark and hot mark are correct;
f. Visually check whether the barrel is not straight and whether the bottom of the barrel leaks out;
g. Check whether the effect of folding and dissolving is in accordance with the requirements of the work instructions and samples;
h. Check whether waist bone, collar shape, sleeve clip and zipper position are smooth and flat, and whether the collar and tie strip have eversion;
i. Check whether lining cloth and face cloth are smooth and whether there is any inconsistency in size;
j. Check whether lining cloth, face cloth is smooth, whether there is size inconsistency;
k. Check packing bag specification, packing sticker, hanging tag, hot label, etc. are correct;
