What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ is 200 pieces per style, per color, and mixed sizes. This allows us to meet the diverse needs of both new and existing customers,help brands customers achieve economies of scale in production. while optimizing our own production capabilities.
How did MOQ work out?
Firstly, our raw material suppliers have set their own minimum order requirements, taking into account factors such as material procurement and production costs.
Additionally, we consider the fabric cost, which varies depending on the amount of fabric required for different clothing items. Typically, a roll of fabric can produce approximately 150-200 pieces of baby rompers, and any excess fabric may go to waste. Production costs, including equipment depreciation and labor costs, also influence the determination of the minimum order quantity. Running the machines incurs similar costs regardless of the quantity produced. Therefore, if the order quantity is too small, the unit cost of the product would be high.
Finally, we take into account market demand and sales forecasts to ensure smooth inventory management and supply chain operations.

Can you supply a specific type of fabric materials as we order?
Yes, we can provide fabrics according to your needs. We usually provide polyester, spandex, cotton, nylon, blended fabrics, etc.
Also,we can provide a wide range of environmentally friendly fabrics for you to choose from. For example, recycled polyester, recycled cotton and recycled nylon among recycled fabrics, and organic cotton and organic linen among organic fabrics. we can also customize eco-friendly fabrics according to your needs.
Can I order a sample before ordering?
Of course! Before ordering, you can check our quality, size and color by ordering samples to ensure your complete satisfaction. In addition, if you need special design customization services, please contact us and our professional team will be happy to assist you.

What does Lovelybabies charge for samples?
Here are Lovelybabies's sample charges: (excluding other process printing costs)
Baby/kids: romper,T shirts,pants,paj,swimwear: $30-50/pc
Adult paj,swimwear:5$50/pc
Sweater:$50/pc

Can the sample fee be refunded?
Of course, when your order reaches 200 pieces, we will refund your sample cost
How long does it take to ship a sample?
The sample lead time typically depends on the complexity and quantity of the order. Generally, it takes approximately I to 2 weeks for sample production and delivery. Please note that this is only an estimated time, and the Specific sample delivery times may vary depending on sample technology and complexity
