Typically, a roll of fabric can produce approximately 50 pieces of baby rompers, and any excess fabric may go to waste. Production costs, including equipment depreciation and labor costs, also influence the determination of the minimum order quantity. Running the machines incurs similar costs regardless of the quantity produced. Therefore, if the order quantity is too small, the unit cost of the product would be high.
Finally, we take into account market demand and sales forecasts to ensure smooth inventory management and supply chain operations.
